I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy with a nice balcony, incredibly comfy beds, real milk available, and a remodeled bathroom. The service was top-notch, always there to help with every request, from room changes to dry cleaning and even organizing ski passes or tours. The location was just perfect, very near to the center of Queenstown and still close to the beautiful lake. The dining options were incredible, with a wide selection to choose from, including amazing American-inspired dishes. The facilities were fantastic, offering everything I needed for a great stay.
